The Role

The Head of Sales will play a critical role in leading and scaling our sales operations, focusing on enhancing our sales-assisted product-led growth channel for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) and developing the operations of our partners' channels. This position demands an experienced leader with a strong background in sales operations, including pipeline management, lead qualification, and forecasting.


Responsibilities:

  • Product-Led Sales and Strategic Partnerships: Drive sales and customer acquisition by leveraging our product’s strengths and establish key strategic partnerships to expand our market presence and sales efforts.

  • Team Management, Development, and Motivation: Lead the sales team with a focus on hiring, coaching, and professional development, fostering a culture of high performance, motivation, and continuous improvement.

  • Data-Driven Sales Strategy and Operations: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that integrates sales operations, pipeline management, lead qualification, forecasting, and revenue growth, all informed by data analytics to ensure targeted and efficient sales processes.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration and Strategic Participation: Collaborate with other departments to align sales strategies with overall company objectives, contributing to cohesive company-wide initiatives and ensuring the sales team is well-equipped and informed

Job requirements

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is required, showcasing a strong foundation in business principles and strategic thinking.

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience as Head of Sales, with a preference for candidates who have thrived in the SaaS or technology sectors, demonstrating an ability to adapt and succeed in a fast-paced industry.

  • Proven track record in managing sales operations, including pipeline management, lead qualification, and forecasting, showing a capability to drive sales growth and operational excellence.

  • Strong analytical skills are essential, with a data-driven approach to decision-making, ensuring strategies and plans are grounded in solid analysis and insights.

  • Excellent communication (fluent in Spanish and English), negotiation, and interpersonal skills are crucial, enabling effective leadership, stakeholder engagement, and relationship building.

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and lead a diverse team, fostering an environment of growth, resilience, and achievement.

  • Skilled in strategic thinking and planning, capable of developing and executing sales strategies that align with broader business goals.

  • Strong abilities in building and maintaining relationships, both internally and externally, to support business and sales objectives.

  • Creative and innovative problem-solving skills, able to navigate challenges and find effective solutions in a dynamic business environment.

  • Tech Proficiency: Comfort and familiarity with SaaS products and the tech industry are required, ensuring the candidate can effectively align with and understand the products and market dynamics.
