The Role

Holded is a dynamic and innovative company at the forefront of revolutionizing business management solutions. As the Partners Marketing Manager at Holded, you will be pivotal in driving partner marketing initiatives, fostering engagement, and maximizing success within a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of partner marketing programs to generate pipeline and enhance partner engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Accounting Offices Partner team and Solution Partners team to strategize and execute field marketing activities, including but not limited to partner onboarding, event management, online marketing, email campaigns, social media engagement, case study creation, and vertical messaging.
  • Develop compelling partner messaging for both sell-in and sell-through purposes.
  • Create and deliver impactful program content and presentations tailored for internal and partner audiences.
  • Track, analyze, and report on partner performance, pipeline development, and ROI impact to inform strategic decision-making.

Job requirements

About you

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related business field.
  • Proven track record of success in marketing roles, preferably within the financial, accountancy compliance, or technology sectors.
  • Experience collaborating with partners and resellers in a B2B context.
  • Proficiency in managing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including web, automation tools, email, and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with Marketing and Sales Automation tools such as SalesForce, HubSpot, G-suite, etc.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and task management.
  • Native Spanish speaker with fluency in English.
