The Role
The Solution Partners team is just getting started so there are huge opportunities to define processes, grow and take part in the building of a new business unit!
As a Partner Account Manager, you will be a key player in our Sales team. The goal will be to onboard, build, manage and maintain partner relationships. This involves constantly evaluating the relationship, identifying areas for improvement and devising strategies to strengthen the relationship with partners. In addition, you will demonstrate a proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales relationships that drive partner revenue growth, engagement, and retention to achieve joint revenue targets.
Your day to day:
Manage proactive and reactive communications with partners through designated channels, including phone, meetings and email
Onboard and assist partners in understanding how best to use our technology and direct them according to its client portfolio and our product offering.
Build strong and profitable relationships to achieve our joint revenue targets.
Set and execute sales & marketing activity plans with your partners.
Leads quarterly business reviews (QBRs) and iterate joint plans quarterly for assigned partners.
Gather feedback from our partners and their clients on a regular basis to identify pains and opportunities to further develop our partnership channel.
Job requirements
About you
- You have +3 years of experience in B2B Sales
- You have 2 years of experience in Partner Sales, Key Account Management or similar
- You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas
- You have Accounting and Administration knowledge
- You have excellent written / verbal communication skills
- You are a native Spanish speaker
Extra Awesome
Experience with partnership or channel sales.
Knowledge of APIs.
You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
You have a high English level.
Experience dealing with SMBs.
Experience in SaaS or Technology companies
