The Role

As a Mobile Product Owner at hoded, you will be responsible for defining and managing the roadmap and strategy for our mobile applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, marketing, and customer support to ensure the successful delivery of high-quality mobile products that meet user needs and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Vision & Strategy: Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy for our mobile applications that aligns with overall company goals.

• Roadmap Management: Develop and maintain a detailed product roadmap, prioritizing features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market trends, and business priorities.

• Requirement Gathering: Work closely with stakeholders to gather and define detailed requirements and user stories for new features and improvements.

• Backlog Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that development teams are working on the most valuable tasks.

• Cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and marketing teams to ensure seamless product development and launch processes.

• User Experience: Advocate for the best user experience and ensure that the product design and functionality meet user expectations.

• Performance Monitoring: Monitor product performance through analytics and user feedback, and use data to inform product decisions and improvements.

• Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and user behavior to continuously refine the product strategy.

• Stakeholder Communication: Regularly update stakeholders on product status, key metrics, and upcoming releases.

About you

• 3+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of mobile development processes and technologies (iOS, Android).
• Proficient in using analytics tools to track and interpret product performance.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
• Strong leadership and project management skills, with the ability to motivate and lead cross-functional teams.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and a passion for creating delightful user experiences.
• Fluent in English and Spanish
