The Role

The primary focus of the Product Designer role will be to enhance the product experience across mobile, web, and POS. The product designer will have the opportunity to work on various aspects of the customer journey, collaborating closely within a cross-functional team. The role will involve implementing best design practices and processes to ensure a consistent and delightful user experience.
The product designer will play a key role in transforming the requirements established by our business objectives into compelling digital projects.

Responsibilities:

  • ​​Create and improve existing features in the Holded platform, focusing on usability and user interaction.

  • Collaborate with fellow designers, POs and the CEO to gain a deep understanding of user needs and business objectives in your projects.

  • Participate in the entire design process of our platform from initial research, ideation, design, and testing.

  • Test and iterate low to high-fidelity prototypes with stakeholders to validate that we’re solving the right problems.

  • Give and solicit feedback from designers and the product team to continually raise our bar for quality.

  • Use and evolve our design system by contributing new components.

Job requirements

About you

  • 3 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Product Designer.

  • Strong portfolio showcasing your previous work and design process.
  • Solid experience with Figma, user testing tools, and data visualization.
  • Highly professional with the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
  • Passionate about your craft, balancing consistency, creativity, and accessibility.
  • Ability to translate user insights and business requirements into design solutions focused on SaaS/ERP platforms.
  • Experience in working closely with developers, marketers, and other team members to ensure the successful implementation of solutions.
  • Fluent in English and Spanish, both spoken and written.
