The Role

As a Technical Support Agent, you will be a key player in our Customer Success team. We are looking for someone that will become an expert on our integrations with other platforms such as: ecommerce, banks, email services, API or Zapier.

In your day to day, you will:

  • Resolve user questions educating them on resolutions promptly and professionally.

  • Collect feedback from users and communicate it to the Product Education department or the Product owners.

  • Investigate, report and track user bugs, keeping them informed and prioritizing them alongside the Tech team.

  • Ensure end-user needs are met with a high quality of service provided.

  • Train the team on new updates and best practices in your expertise area while creating walkthroughs documentation.


Job requirements

About you

  • Previous experience providing support to ERP/Saas users.
  • You are not only native in Spanish but also fluent in English
  • Good consulting/customer relationship skills, and customer service orientation.
  • Strong technology background, comfortable with manual testing and working across various systems.
  • Ability to analyze and understand complex issues, make technical decisions/recommendations and communicate solutions proactively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and articulate concepts effectively to businesses at all levels.
  • Ability to combine attention to detail whilst understanding the wider business and technology context.
  • Self-starter, motivated, with aptitude and willingness to learn.
